i think wooton girls, b-cc boys, and richard montgomery boys are ranked a little low, while churchill boys and magruder boys are ranked too high

If you are talking about girls, Daamscus will be lucky to be 2nd. They have no chance at beating Northwest.

RM is running well right now so I would say they are ranked a little low.

RM is definitely ranked low. They are a 5 to 7 slot, not 10. In a big meet like counties Gaithersburg and Magruder have no chance against RM's pack. Also, RM has beaten Magruder already this year (see G-burg tri-meet). Sherwood and Damascus are underranked too and the Damascus girls have a really good shot at beating Northwest girls.

i think sherwood can take down wj and churchill if they run well on race day

Anonymous Damascus fans "think" Damascus girls will win because they don't think. NW 3-4-5 vs. DAM 3-4-5 are about the same, but NW's 1-2 is so much better. NW 1st, QO 2nd, DAM 3rd.

ditto on the last comment. nw and qo are two of the stronger teams. i would say nw, qo, damascus, churchill.

ok Wootton girls are ranked low. Jessie Rubin is gonna rock counties. Wootton's number 2 runner is good. They will get top 5

where's the respect for RM? Gaithersburg and Magruder stand no chance against RM's depth. 5th at counties (boys).

whoever said RM finishes 8th is crazy., so Gaithersburg, magruder, and bcc are all better??? explain so

i think he meant that since had the rm-magruder-gburg trimeet been scored like an invitational, as counties will be, and not a dual meet, they would have beaten both other teams. as it is, they only beat magruder score-wise. as for bcc, they have never raced eachother yet this year, so that is up in the air

yeah most def. BCC vs RM is up for grabs. depends on how good BCC's 5-7 are cuz the 1-5 is pretty even

No comment on the RM/Gburg/Magruder debate. Let the race decide:) It will be clear at the next three meets. One of those teams will surprise many.

actually RM and Magruder would have tied in a tri meet score. :) RM would win on the 6th man. In a big meet like counties - magruder front runners give them an advantage.

actually...

Relax with the RM argument. Sherwood boys will beat Churchill but most likely cant beat WJ unless they run very well

Too much Rm pride here, Magruder top 2 will place top 8 in counties and they now have a much more reformed pack after them. so the sleeper truly is magruder but will not place higher then 4th.

qo girls have one of the best 1-3's in the county. they have a solid 4-6 also. i think they'll get runner up

RM's boys really aren't that good. I think everyone is giving them way too much credit. The tri meet was a fluke. Gburg and Magruder both stomp them at counties along with the rest of the field.

WJ wins easy. 86 points..Churchill 2nd with 100, Damascus 101, NW 102, Sherwood, 104, Magruder 105, Whitman 140, BCC 150, RM 160, Gburg 165

I think it will be a liiiiitttle more spread out than that. Tenth place won't score 165 points. Fifth place might score 165 points. Tenth place more like 265.
