Division I
It will be an anti-climactic finale for the Clarksburg girls who are looking to wrap up the division against Wheaton and Poolesville this week. Poolesville and Wheaton are a combined 2-6 while Clarksburg has blown away most of its opponents so far.
Meanwhile, Quince Orchard has a matchup against Springbrook and Seneca Valley. Both the QO boys and girls teams can improve to 5-1. Quince Orchard was victorious in a meet against Springbrook earlier this season that will not count.
Division II
The Damascus boys can improve to 5-0 and wrap up the division with wins against Magruder and Einstein this week.
The Damascus girls can improve to 4-1 after suffering a loss to Northwest two weeks ago. Northwest has already wrapped up the girls division title.
Division III
The girls teams from Northwood, Churchill, and B-CC are all 3-0 and converge this week in a tri meet to determine the division winner. Churchill is the largest and most well-rounded team and should win the division. B-CC can blank Northwood in the distance events and has one or two young sprinters that will contribute. Northwood has a couple of weapons in Yamundow Sar and Le'Quisha Parker and will keep it close until the end. The Northwood vs. B-CC meet is almost too close to call. Parker is on fire and ranks ahead of Churchill's Katie Wolf so far this year in the 100 and 200. The girls sprints should be hot.
Speaking of sprints, the boys sprints are going to be hot at the Blair vs. Watkins Mill meet as the Watkins Mill boys try to improve to 5-0. Andrew Gondor and Kevin Fallett are going to give Brandon Addison and the WM sprinters some good races in the sprints, but with the WM boys stepping up to the 800 and 4x800, and a good young freshman distance runner in Ariel Rodriguez, Watkins Mill should win the meet.
Division IV
The RM vs. Wootton meet will decide the division winner on the boys' and girls' side. The RM boys have blown away all of their oppoenents by 45 points or more and will clean up in field events against Wootton. Likewise, the Wootton girls have won all their meets by 20 points or more and could win every event against RM.

This article accurately states that Poolesville and Wheaton Girls are a combined 2-6 , but...
It doesn’t help Poolesville Girls that Wheaton is 0-4. It sort of skews the data a bit.
