Boys Cross Country Ranking - Through September 16, 2006

Meets Used: Invitational and Dual Meets that were received
Meets Not Used: Scrimmages and Relay Meets. RM @ Sherwood and Damascus @ Wheaton not used.
Additions: 15 new athletes added since preseason ranking. Athletes are added with 15 points.
Inactivity: Athletes automatically lose 15 points after two inactive weeks as stated in the inactivity clause. The inactivity clause is not a penalty for not competing. There is a tendency for the active athletes to be pulled down throughout the season. The inactivity clause keeps inactive athletes consistent with the rest of the field. Athletes are removed from the ranking after 4 inactive weeks.
