The Burrito Mile
Results: Chris Moen won the first evenr Burrito Mile in a time of 4:31.70. Cara Harrison was the first female finsher with a time of 5:46.90. 17 Participants completed the challenge. One participant could not complete the eating requirement, one could not complete the race, and one could not comply with the no-vomiting rule.
Premise: This is the ultimate test of the best eater/runner. Eat Chipotle burritos and race a mile for a mocorunning crown and the title "best eater/runner in the world."
Eligibility: This meet has been sanctioned for anyone who is dumb enough to try, just don't tell any coaches or MPSSAA officials.
Registration: Registration is now closed
Eating Rules: All male participants must purchase two Chipotle burritos and eat them within one hour. All female participants must purchase 1 burrito and eat it within one hour. Each burrito must consist of a minimum of 1 meat, rice, salsa, choice of fajita or beans, and choice of two from lettuce, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. We will try to have everyone start eating at the same time.
Racing requirements: All participants must arrange their own transportation to the track which is 3 miles from the restaurant. Participants may do a warm up of 1 mile maximum. All participants (male and female) will start together. The race will be 1600 meters with normal high school racing rules (no contact between runners). Puking at any point before, during, or after the race is an automatic disqualification. There will be no first aid so don't get hurt.
Time frame: Meet at Chipotle at 1pm on Sunday March 5th. Everyone begin eating at 1:15pm. 2:15pm will be the eating cutoff. 2:45 is the target start time of the mile.

Prizes: Top male and female finisher recieves 1 mocorunning crown and the title "greatest eater/runner in the world", 2nd place recieves half a crown, and 3rd place recieves a quarter crown.
