Submissions: Fill out the form on THIS PAGE. Be sure to include your name and email address.
Individual Scoring: 5 points will be awarded for each correct pick. 0 points will be awarded for each incorrect pick. 10 points will be awarded for a correct "other" pick. Selecting "other" allows you to pick the entire field that is not listed as an option. For example, if you select "other" for the 800m Run and an unexpected athlete wins it, you will receive 10 points.
Team Scoring:
5 points will be awarded for a correct pick.
3 points will be awarded if your team pick was one place off. For example, if your pick for 5th place finishes 6th or 4th, you will receive 3 points.
1 point will be awarded if your pick was two places off.
0 points will be awarded if your pick was off by 3-5.
-1 point will be awarded for picks off by 7-9 places.
-3 points will be awarded for picks off by 10 or more places
Your Predictions: To participate, you must enter a name for the MoCoRunning crown leaderboard at the top of the form. It is to your advantage to entirely fill out the form, but you do not have to. Do not pick the same team more than once. Doing so will void your submission.
Prizes: The winner of the overall prediction competition will receive a $25 gift certificate to the Georgetown Running Company. More importantly, the winner will receive 1 "mocorunning crown." Winners of each field will receive a quarter crown.
